**What You Will Be Doing**:
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with an analytical background to join the Operations Excellence team. We are looking for a current undergraduate, masters or MBA student to start in July 2023. This role has a duration of12 months. As an Operational Excellence Intern, you will be:

- Analysing data and drawing actionable insights
- Supporting cross-functional change in a fast-paced environment
- Working in partnership with our diverse functional teams to deliver tangible changes to how we work
- Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and leading the delivery of change across the business
- Documenting best practices and lessons learned to improve our operating model and processes
