Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the International Leadership Team to provide financial insights and shape strategic decisions, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for international business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Finance Transformation: Drive finance transformation plans to support strategic objectives, identifying process improvement opportunities and leading continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead finance teams supporting various functions across the UK&I senior leadership team, effectively communicating financial performance and strategic initiatives to drive alignment.

Requirements:

  • International Expertise: Experience navigating regulatory environments across multiple countries, overseeing financial operations, and supporting growth initiatives.
  • Finance and Accounting Principles: Deep knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the retail industry, customer needs, and market dynamics.
