About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As an Internal Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the industrial distribution and MRO space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including motor factors and industrial suppliers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and account management support.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial distribution or MRO industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
