Internal Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As an Internal Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the industrial distribution and MRO space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including motor factors and industrial suppliers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and account management support.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial distribution or MRO industry.
