We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team at GRS Group as an Internal Sales Representative. This role requires a self-starting and adaptable person who is passionate about building relationships and growing business.
Purpose of the Position:
The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, hauliers, and suppliers to achieve maximum orders in both volume and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate commercial information and provide timely and professional customer quotations.
- Liaise with customers to establish tender deadlines and successful customer outcomes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, including site contacts, order details, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate for orders on live enquiries and promote the company image.
- Manage and resolve customer queries and maintain a clean business.
- Update monthly figures and tender/live orders.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a positive attitude.
