Purpose of the Position:

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, hauliers, and suppliers to achieve maximum orders in both volume and profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate commercial information and provide timely and professional customer quotations.
  • Liaise with customers to establish tender deadlines and successful customer outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, including site contacts, order details, and delivery requirements.
  • Negotiate for orders on live enquiries and promote the company image.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and maintain a clean business.
  • Update monthly figures and tender/live orders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a positive attitude.
