We are seeking a skilled Excel user to join our team as a Database Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to collect weight data, matching customer sales data with our database, and producing statistics and reports on internal KPIs and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers to collect data
  • Match customer sales data with our database
  • Produce reports on internal KPIs and productivity

Requirements:

  • High standards of data accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer-focused approach
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Organised with the ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated with an inclusive team-working attitude
