The Sales team at Calor Gas are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Outbound Sales Specialist. This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week from our Head Office in Warwick.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Using prospect lists provided by the Marketing Department to cold call customers
- Make appointments for the field sales team to carry out visits or close sales over the phone
- Research and identify potential prospects using the internet
- Profiling prospective customers and capturing data
- Contacting lapsed Calor users to determine their appetite to buy Calor gas again

**As such we would like you to have/be**:

- Have experience of outbound telesales multi-channel contact to existing and prospective customers within a call centre environment
- Have experience of using CRM systems to manage prospect records and outcomes
- Be able to use Outlook for making appointments
- Have knowledge of using Excel or Access databases
- Have knowledge of telephony including auto-diallers
- Possess excellent verbal communication and telephone selling skills
