Position: Imports/Exports Coordinator

Location: Warwickshire

DK Recruitment is representing a prominent international logistics firm seeking an Imports/Exports Coordinator to work closely with their automotive client in Warwickshire.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating outbound logistics operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and actively contributing to problem-solving initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee transport orders across various modes of transport.
  • Organize and manage international shipments according to client specifications.
  • Prepare and process export/import documentation and customs declarations.
  • Collect VAT/Duty from clients when necessary.
  • Track and monitor outbound shipments from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with different departments on-site to enhance planning efficiency.
  • Provide quotes for new shipments and handle daily invoicing and job costing.
  • Document, track, and manage potential insurance claims.
  • Maintain communication with international offices and partners.
  • Ensure timely and effective handling of inquiries and communications.
  • Achieve company DATA Quality KPI with the necessary tracking information.
  • Generate daily reports regarding collections and deliveries.
  • Address any discrepancies from the transport plan.
  • Exhibit flexibility and teamwork to guarantee seamless service delivery.
