As a Finance Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our commercial sales activities in the UK market. Your responsibilities go beyond traditional sales; you will be a key player in executing strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and sales objectives. The emphasis is on maximizing growth and new business development, with a particular focus on expanding used sales across the UK dealer network. Your ability to interpret and understand customer accounts and financial information sets you apart in the industry.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Implement sales and marketing strategies with the aim of attaining revenue, profitability, and sales targets
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, creating and overseeing a resilient dealer network
- Create precise and timely finance quotations, ensuring the submission of high-quality credit proposals
- Generate accurate contract documentation for new business contracts
- Efficiently oversee personal order bank, deliveries, and pipeline to optimize market penetration
- Proactively promote additional services, generating fee income at the point of sale
- Schedule regular visits to dealers to assess progress
- Conduct monthly presentations and reviews with dealers alongside the Territory Manager
- Provide coaching and development to colleagues and dealer employees on VFS products and systems
