**Role Purpose**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Stakeholder Engagement and Project Coordinator to join the team. You will work closely with the stakeholder team to coordinate and manage engagement activities.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities (not limited to)**:
**General**:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Coordinate the team budget and oversee the financial administration of procured services
- Management of the stakeholder mailbox and signposting of enquiries across the business
**Data and research management**
- Manage the design and delivery of research and insight projects on behalf of the business - specifically our annual customer perceptions research and our stakeholder satisfaction tracker
- Lead the implementation of the Stakeholder database and maintain the system as required
**Communications**:
- Managing the stakeholder toolkit including reviewing and updating content
- Draft written content for internal and external communications - specifically leading on our monthly ebulletin
- Coordinate communication materials for external stakeholders including updating our online engagement hub
- Provide support to the business to deliver engagement through organisation of engagment events
**Qualifications and skills required**:**Essential**:
- Knowledge or experience in delivering effective Stakeholder engagement activities
- Experience of working in a stakeholder, customer or communications environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of people

- Starting salary from £28,669

- Up to 5% bonus (dependent upon achievement of set targets)
