**Start Date** 3rd July 2023 - We have a great training academy waiting for you on 3rd July and you will need to fully attend during the periods 3rd July - 21st July, and 11th September - 13th October.

**Location** Newcastle

**Shift Pattern** During training, a mixture of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and shifts. After training shifts operate on a 4 week rotation where you will work 35 hours across 5 days. You will work Monday to Friday between 8am & 6pm for 3 weeks and 1 week until 8pm. You will work 1 in 4 Saturdays. We offer hybrid working (see below)

**Salary**:
Starting at £23,000 with the potential for increase up to £27,500, depending on performance and development criteria being met

**Where you’ll work**:
Please note: You'll need to be able to attend in full during the periods 3rd July to 21st July and 11th September to 13th October with no holidays, appointments or clashes.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Talking with callers dealing with problem debt or helping current clients to complete annual or change of circumstances reviews
- Working as part of a team to support our clients
- Handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
- Working in an FCA regulated environment
- Meeting set targets on performance
