We are actively seeking registered nurses (including general, paediatric, and mental health nurses), paramedics and pharmacists to join our NHS 111 team.

We are offering both full-time and part-time positions with a range of rota patterns to choose from to individuals who are ready for a new challenge. This role is highly skilled and offers an exciting opportunity to utilise and enhance your assessment skills for a diverse range of patients and clinical presentations.

**What will the role involve?**
- Conduct telephone assessments of patients' symptoms and needs
- Utilise clinical decision software to support your assessments.
- Make referrals to alternative services, as required.
- Manage calls professionally, treating all patients with compassion and respect.
- Offer advice to other clinicians and health advisors within the scope of practice.
- Mentor and role model the development of health advisors and clinical triage consultation.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Qualified registered nurses (including general, paediatric, and mental health nurses), paramedics, and pharmacists.
- Computer literate with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and confident, solving simple and complex enquiries in a sympathetic manner.
- Strong team player with the capability to work independently.

**Rates of Pay**:

- Pay rates starting at £18.10 per hour
- 30% enhancement pay between 6pm and 8am
- 45% enhancement pay on the weekends and Bank Holidays
