Responsible for the upkeep of ESR system administration. Ensuring that access to system is documented and in accordance with best practice. Responsible for the maintenance of ESR workstructures and production of all new position numbers for the ESR system. Supporting the maintenance, queries and administration tasks relating to the EASY system (Time and Attendance system).

Ensuring that access to the system meets audit requirements. Responsible for the collection and collation of all information relating to the KPI report on behalf of the Senior Workforce Information & Systems Advisor, on a monthly basis (for the Board of Directors) and responsible for collating it in the agreed format. Provides non-standard and complex Business Intelligence (BI) reports for managers and senior managers from ESR. Responsible for delivering training on how to use the ESR system.

Provide information regarding Freedom of Information requests. Ensuring continued validation of data held within ESR and amending errors when identified. Runs and issues monthly workforce information reports to managers as outlined on reporting schedule. Perform complex data analysis in order to produce specified monthly ESR reports and information for ad-hoc requests, ensuring all reports are sent to the appropriate clients in secure and timely manner.

Responsible for data quality on ESR, undertaking staff audits and planning data cleansing exercises where appropriate to qualify data held. Report all problems with hardware and software equipment, taking action where appropriate (Raise Service requests with IBM). Be responsible for planning own workload based on priorities and deadlines, responding quickly, appropriately and communicating clearly in relation to urgent/important issues. Creates, manages and manipulates spreadsheets to produce reports on a regular basis.

Responsible for electronic filing of all correspondence, ensuring that all information is correctly filed. Ensuring that all agreed processes for use of ESR are relevant, updated when necessary and circulated to relevant colleagues in Trust. Prioritise work on a daily basis, responding quickly, appropriately and communicating clearly in relation to urgent/important issues. To manage all queries/issues in the absence of the Senior Workforce Information & Systems Advisor, where appropriate.
