Our client in Aberdeen is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team for an initial 6 month period.

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking stock and following up any discrepancies.
- Entering weights into system and matching to supplier invoices. Dealing with any discrepancies.
- Sending out Customer order confirmations.
- Processing Supplier Invoices.
- Checking any order confirmations/dispatch notes/invoices that are received and updating system accordingly. Highlighting any discrepancies.
- Stock reports for transporter.
- Sending tally reports to suppliers if no confirmation received.
- Running Dispatch reports for all transporters.
- Individual weights & Treatment sheets for customers who require this information.
- Dealing with any delivery issues - missing boxes etc.
- Negotiating and preparing any claims to transporters for boxes not traced etc.
- Updating transport grid for monthly fuel surcharge changes and updating rates accordingly.
- Checking rates on behalf of sales reps as requested.
- Set up new product codes, customer accounts and supplier accounts.
- Global GAP compliance - checking system for reporting requirements.
- Working closely with Customs Administrator and covering when on holiday.
- Any other administration duties that are required to help the team in busy periods.

Required experience:

- Intermediate/Advance Excel
- Previous experience within a logístical role or be able to demonstrate investigative skills
- Knowledge of customs processes advantageous

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
