Job Summary:

JAB Recruitment is recruiting for an Onshore Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our Operator client. This is a 12-month PAYE contract position, based in Aberdeen, with a shift-pattern of 7.00am - 7.00pm, 7 days on, 7 days off.


Role Summary:

The Onshore Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary logistics contact for the mobilisation of materials and operations for the client's UKCS activities.


Key Relationships:

  • Operations and Maintenance (Onshore and Offshore).
  • External Stakeholders, including equipment providers.
  • Operational and Commercial Supply Chain.
  • Onshore Warehouse(s).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics cargo tool (KABAL) from cargo collection to offshore delivery and return.
  • Liaise with Marine Coordinator for safe, efficient vessel use.
  • Act as focal point and SME for KABAL between the client, supply base, and vendors.
  • Handle the Extra Supply process for urgent material requests.
  • Produce and distribute daily logistics plans.
  • Manage and close out non-conformance reports (NCRs) in KABAL.
  • Facilitate KABAL enhancement requests and communicate with end users.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate vessel scheduling to meet cargo needs, including deck and drilling requirements.
  • Monitor 3rd party rentals for cost-effective usage and movement.
  • Promote a proactive HSEQ culture and uphold the company's values through service excellence.


Critical Skills and Behaviours:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in offshore oil and gas logistics.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, including base, quayside, marine, and aviation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP RLM/MM/PS modules.
  • Offshore experience with certification (desirable but not essential).
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and compliance-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, embodying the company’s safety values.
