Aramark Northern Europe are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to support our offshore Operations Team by mobilising offshore crew. Ideally you will have had experience as a Logistics Coordinator, however this is not essential as full training and development can be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily review of crew requirements covering off short term requirements and forward planning to cater for all holiday, long term sick, fluctuation in manning requirements etc.
- Manage and support all systems from Vantage / Centic App / MyWorklife HR Database / Excel tracking documents.
- Action all calls to note all absence / provide cover and update HR / Payroll.
- Provide support to Operations Mangers on daily requirements.
- Interface with Client representatives to obtain flight information.
- Support on-call out of hours service on a rotational basis.
- Support training requirements working with a variety of vendors.
- Additional experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and standards.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
