HR Payroll Support Responsible for the accurate data entry of staff personal details via change forms, starter and leaver forms ensuring accuracy of information and delivery of a high-quality HR Payroll service. Responsible for the day to day HR Payroll activities working within agreed policies and procedures relevant to contractual processes accurately at all times and on a timely basis whilst adhering to strict payroll deadlines. Ensure that all pay affecting information is sent to the payroll provider within agreed monthly deadlines. Ensure Personnel and Payroll data is maintained to ensure employees are paid correctly, updating financial codes as instructed by the Recruitment team.

To be aware of GDPR guidelines and in every aspect of data management, consider the requirements of confidentiality and data security for all personal information, ensuring all communications are handled appropriately within Hospital policy and guidelines and highlighting any potential data breaches for the attention of the Deputy Director of People Support users with accessing and good practice use of workforce systems, providing advice and guidance over the telephone, or online. Complex data analysis of metrics from various workforce systems, with ability to build and maintain regular and scheduled reports as well as responding to ad-hoc requests. Provide analytics using appropriate tools (e.g., Excel, SQL Server, Power Query, and Power BI) to extract, transform, query and present data from all workforce systems. Respond to and provide data for ad hoc requests Providing support to other colleagues to improve analytical and technical support and training.

To be the first point of contact within the HR department for data requests, including adhoc requests for intelligence information from managers, ensuring appropriate and accurate information is produced in a clear and understandable manner in compliance with GDPR. Generic HR and Training Support Super-user for both HR and Training System as the first point of contact for system queries from within HR and the wider organisation. Coaching managers and employees to ensure better understanding of the system and to resolve issues and build users confidence Support the Senior HR Business Partner to provide training on HR Systems, as appropriate. Responsible for the accuracy of all HR & Training Systems data including the Training App, Training Calendar, Essential Training Spreadsheet etc.
