Our client is a busy repair centre, they currently require an Administrator to work between two locations on a fortnightly rotation, one near Harrow and one near Edgware.
They are looking for an exceptionally organised and communicative Admin Assistant to provide a first-class admin service to all stakeholders. Someone with proven organisational and administration skills. Someone with proven ability to build relationships.Based at the centre the duties would include;
- Answering telephones and dealing with all enquiries from staff and the public
- Dealing with lost property
- Dealing with queries or occasional complaints
- Data entry onto databases and systems
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, deliveries
- Admin support to Site Manager and for payroll
- Other adhoc duties as required
Previous experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- A commitment to providing excellent customer and administrative service. A strong communicator
