Project Pay Administrator

**This role will be required to work a 5 day a week (35hrs) inclusive of the weekend i.e. any 5 days including Saturday and Sunday.**
**The working hours are**:
- **Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm (from the office)**:
- **Saturday or Sunday 9am to 1pm (only 4 hours working from home)**
What will I be doing?
This will be a varied and interesting role including:
- Responsible for Interviewer administration and processing Interviewer pay claims.
- Deal with both inbound and outbound calls; as well as managing the collection of data and documentation onto our various internal systems.
- Liaising with various stakeholders to help set up the Project Brief; the specification and timelines governing a project’s lifecycle
- Contributing to the various progress meetings and stand-ups for our in-Field projects.
- Monitoring the shared inbox and responding to queries within our agreed timeframes.
