**Description**:
Join our Pasta Evangelists team as the People Operations Associate reporting into the Chief People Officer supporting Head office, Cloud Kitchens, Production site and our Harrods teams.

**What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists**:

- Understand the scale-up culture and know how to resolve queries at a fast pace.
- Be the first point of contact for People queries and supporting various People queries throughout the business.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees.
- Supporting with Employee relations, absences, capability, disciplinary, grievance processes etc.
- Conducting right to work checks for new starters and managing VISA expiration.
- Manage documentation for current and new hires including contracts, legal documentation and personal information.
- Supporting updating our HR systems with employee records.
- Running our performance review process and engagement surveys.
- Ensuring New starter onboarding has been completed.
- Build and maintain our internal people processes.
- Assisting with the payroll process when required.
- Support on important projects that benefit the wider business.

**Who you are**:

- You have 2-5 years’ experience in HR.
- CIPD level 3 qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- You have an advanced level of excel, word, powerpoint or G Suite.
- You have experience of using planday or similar time and attendance systems.
- A can do, will do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You don’t turn a blind eye to issues, but instead you jump on them and have a strong desire to solve them.
- You enjoy coaching and motivating team members to ensure continuous improvement.
- You are hugely detail oriented and don’t ever cut corners.
- You love working in a start-up team
