**The role**:
We’re growing our team rapidly and we are looking for an ambitious People Operations Associate who is hungry to learn and grow with us.
In this role, you will report to the Head of People Operations while working closely with our People Operations Partners, People Experience Partners and Talent Partners to ensure we deliver an exceptional service to our amazing employees. You will administer and support on all aspects of our People Operations agenda across the UK, US and Greece while also being the champion of our London office and ensuring we create and maintain a fantastic environment for everyone to do their best work.
We see this role as a perfect fit for someone who already has some foundational HR experience but wants to take more personal ownership and get their hands dirty, get great exposure to all aspects of the HR function, learn and develop their career in a hyper growth startup.
**In this role, you will**:
- **Support our employees throughout their Causaly journey**: You will help administer the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
- **Be the champion of our People data and HR system (HiBob)**: You will maintain our HRIS and ensure all new starters/changes/leavers data has been processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Create an awesome workplace experience for our London employees**: You will be in charge of and manage all aspects of our office; from ensuring the office works for us and liaising with our landlord when it doesn’t, to managing our (healthy) snacks, to communicating and monitoring policy compliance, to helping organise awesome events for our people.
- **Get stuck in**: You will have a voice and we will embrace your ideas and feedback to ensure we’re constantly improving. You will have the chance to get involved in all day-to-day People operations as well as exciting new projects that we are building

- you are organised, analytical and have an exceptional attention to detail when it comes to all things related to back-office People operations and data, and
- you are looking for a role that will allow you to be yourself, learn, grow and really make an impact.

**Required qualifications/experience**
- Prior experience in a HR/People administrative role in the UK
- Experience working with MS Excel, Word, Sharepoint
- Foundational understanding of employment law and core HR policies / processes
**Desired qualifications/experience**
- Prior experience in office management
- Start-up experience
