Our client is a rapidly growing specialist lender that provides fast bridging loans and development finance to individuals, investors, property developers, professional advisors, and intermediaries across England & Wales.

The firm was established by experienced property developers in response to their own frustrations

when undertaking Bridging Finance. Their goal is to provide flexibility and speed of financing for

borrowers while offering investors consistent, reliable returns.

**About the Role**
This opportunity is ideal for a driven individual with existing property experience or a strong desire to learn and gain exposure to the property sector as a Loan Operations Associate, sitting within the Loan Operations team, which is at the heart of the business.

In this role you will liaise directly with borrowers throughout the duration of their loan, ensuring all requests are dealt with and efficiently processed across the broader team, providing a first-class borrower experience for their borrowers.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this is a fast paced and rewarding role, providing exposure across the entire business and opportunities to grow within the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Loan Operations Associate, you will oversee various critical aspects of our business, including:
**Loan Servicing**
- Managing live loans to ensure there is excellent customer service throughout the lifespan of the loan
- Clearly communicate with borrowers, valuers and the broader team
- Tracking the status of each loan and leading the planning of loan extensions and redemptions
- Review documentation so it is compliant with our Lending Criteria

**Loan Administration**
- Maintaining accurate and organised documentation
- Updating Company House and Land Registry information
- Updating the project management systems
- Develop systems of how to monitor loans progress
- As the role develops you may be asked to be involved in other areas of the business to

support its growth
- Some experience in property, finance or lending operations or your capacity to learn the

workings of the role
- An ability to think strategically
- Ability to be well-organised and efficient
- A team player attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to be hands-on when necessary
