Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to Property Managers
- Assist in daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Liaise with contractors and organise maintenance and minor works
- Key Management, logging keys out to contractors
- Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Occasional attendance at client meetings and minute taking
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and presentations accurately
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
