We are currently recruiting a driven and organised individual to assist with the daily management of our fast paced, rapidly evolving business. On a part time basis you will be assisting the company directors and to complete the tasks listed below:
**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the company ISO9001 accreditation
- Perform clerical duties, taking meeting minutes
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Managing interface with company HR consultants
- Provide administrative support to Project Directors/Project Managers for project reporting (i.e.) monthly timesheets
- Setting up project documentation whilst complying to company standards (i.e. BIM)

Qualifications:

- Previous experience of ISO9001 is essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word. Excel and Adobe Pro
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
