**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Input and update information using computerised systems.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment operation.
Join our team as an Admin Support to contribute to the efficient functioning of our office environment - The role will offer 16 hours minimum however we do require the flexibility to work 40 hours for holiday cover and as the business expands over the next 6 months.
