**Junior L&D Content Designer **to join the L&D team in creating a strong culture of education and learning by designing relevant learning programmes and online courses and providing access to a variety of learning resources to support good performance, career progression and well-being.
**What you will be doing.**:
As our
**Junior L&D Content Designer, **the role will require a blend of instructional design, content development, and project management skills. In this role as a
**Junior Learning Content Designer**, your primary responsibilities will encompass the creation of impactful training courses using the Articulate suite of authoring software. You will liaise with our Subject Matter Experts to collect appropriate training materials and ensure that the courses created are accurate, accessible and fit for purpose.
This role would suit either a graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in a related position.
- Contributing to the development of dynamic e-learning modules, videos, and multimedia content, utilizing various authoring tools and technologies.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather participant feedback, and propose enhancements.
- Tracking course completions, sending reminders and reporting quarterly.
- Contributing actively to the refinement of the L&D function within the organization.
- Staying up to date with the latest eLearning trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating them in the course creation process.
- Maintaining relationships and engaging with the whole Support Services team as well as external stakeholders.
- Supporting the Group HR Learning and Development Manager in creating a strong culture of education and learning.

- Have demonstrated the ability to work harmoniously in a team, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and manage time efficiently.
- Have experience in creating and maintaining eLearning content using Articulate or similar authoring software.
- Must be well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and an openness to mastering new software tools.
- Should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
**Desired Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Previous experience with a Learning Management System.
- Experience in using Articulate to create eLearning content.
- Experience with Adobe Cloud suite.
- Intermediate/ Advanced MS Word user.
- Knowledge of GDPR.
- Has worked with or is familiar with the Articulate 360 suite.
