eCommerce Operations Team Leader (12 Month FTC)

The Role:
As the eCommerce Operations Team Lead, you will own the day-to-day operational side of eCommerce transactions across our 3 Brands: HOKA, UGG and Teva.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Position.

Your Impact:

- Set team goals and KPIs, and report on performance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure orders and returns are processed accordingly
- Work with technical resources to monitor order flow, working to ensure there is mínimal impact to the customer
- Collaborate with the Warehouse teams to resolve any order queries
- Support the Finance team to reconcile transactions
- Collaborate with IT team to support the roll out and testing of new website features including checkout and post-checkout processes
- Monitoring all chargebacks and improving our winning rate while also finding new ways to automatize processes in place.
- Support wider team and management with ad hoc tasks

We would Love to Hear from People with:

- Experience in a similar role in a customer service environment
- Experience in using platforms like Adyen or Forter is a plus
- Confident skills in Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluency in additional European languages is a plus, but not essential for this role
