Job Overview

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Ecommerce Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth through strategic management of our brands on Amazon, Ocado, and bricks-and-clicks platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive online sales growth and improve brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, promotions, and pricing across multiple channels.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our ecommerce strategy remains competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, particularly with Amazon, Ocado, and bricks-and-clicks channels.
  • Strong fmcg sales experience ideally in a SME challenger brand where you have built the ecommerce function.
  • Experience with ecommerce analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for the food industry.
