Clinic Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Handle order entry and office administration tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with other departments as needed
- Assist with medical receptionist duties, including answering phones, greeting patients, and maintaining patient records
- Transcribe medical notes and files accurately
- File and organise documents in accordance with clinic protocols
**Requirements**:
- Must be a driver as will be working in multiple locations
- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical setting is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
**Salary**: £20,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
