**Programme Co-Ordinator**

Are you an experienced Programme Co-ordinator from a Plant, Manufacturing Engineering or Product Development environment?

Do you enjoy working in a busy environment where you will play a key role in the delivery of all key projects?

Are you a team player with a genuine interest in electric vehicles and sustainability?

**About you**

This is a key role supporting the vehicle programme and Programme Manager with data management. You will own the programme timing plans and coordinate and facilitate resolution and / or escalation of any issues.

You will have a great level of attention to detail and have a high level of proficiency using spreadsheet and planning tools as you will be tracking programme costs and budgets.

Working with key areas across the business such as Engineering, Purchasing, Finance and Manufacturing, you will use your interpersonal skills to build great working relationships to enable resolution of any programme issue. You will also coordinate weekly tracking of the programme timings to ensure any areas of concern that may impact on delivery are highlighted and resolutions are actioned.

You will be motivated by delivering projects and programmes to a high standard within the timescales set and you will enjoy the balance of accountability and autonomy for your job role along with working with the wider team to achieve success.
