**Job Title**: Senior Resource Optimisation Coordinator
**Location**: Hybrid - Can be based at either Towcester, East Anglia, Manchester or Glasgow
**Salary**: Between £24,500 - £26,500 per annum
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

**Role Summary**:
To provide support to the customer services teams by providing up to date resourcing information, support with scheduling of clinical diaries, monitor and report on forthcoming resourcing and highlight risks to delivery of services.
To build relationships with our temporary resource pool and to expand and source new temporary resource as required. To support with sourcing and booking temporary resource to help with short term resourcing issues.
To manage and support resource only customers with resource requirements.
To support other areas of the resource optimisation team as required.

**Main Duties and responsibilities**:

- Managing day to day delivery of KPI performance, WIP control and costs.
- To support Operations with any ad hoc requests around planning where relevant.
- To use relevant IT tools to produce staffing schedules and clinic set up.
- To review the current processes of scheduling and shift production to uncover the potential opportunities for improved efficiency, that includes schedule rotation, operation hours and staffing of clinicians for each individual skill.
- To monitor and manage contact center demand across all skills down to intraday level, balancing activities / staffing to ensure that service levels are achieved.
- To ensure shrinkages are taken fully into account in producing the optimal schedule along with administering all processes regarding offline production activity e.g., Absence, Holidays, Training, Meetings.
- To work closely with all members of the Operational Team to ensure all learnings are understood, evaluated and fed back into the forecasting process for the next period.
- To conduct “what if” scenario planning to optimize the schedules considering any changes to plan.
- To work closely with the Operational team to monitor schedule adherence and identify opportunities for improvement to maximize productivity and revenue.
- Acts as Resource Planning intelligence with regular reporting on performance KPIS and staffing levels to Operations, Account Management and Client where appropriate.
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks commensurate with level of responsibility as requested.
