About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a hybrid basis, with a minimum requirement of 3 days in the office. As a Senior Engineering Professional, you will play a critical role in our engineering initiatives, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and Revenue-Generating Projects. You will work closely with our Engineering Director, Engineering Manager, and leadership team to manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of key engineering projects, including NPI and revenue-generating initiatives, while managing risk logs, action logs, and resource planning.
  • Line management of a team of multi-disciplinary engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that supports personal and professional growth.
  • Stakeholder liaison, acting as the primary point of contact for engineering across the product lifecycle, coordinating with departments like Business Development, Production, and Customer Support.
  • Drive the implementation of new tools and processes to enhance departmental efficiency and KPI tracking.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Solid understanding of engineering tasks and technical requirements, particularly within an ISO 9001 environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience managing resources, action plans, and risk assessments.
  • British citizenship or eligibility for UK security clearance.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for career growth and development, as well as exposure to global projects that support critical national security initiatives.
