Our client is currently looking for an experienced HR coordinator with a focus on employee engagement you will be joining a business who are making great strides in the world of F1, they have grown from strength to strength and are quickly becoming a big name in their industry. This role will initially be a 12 month FTC.
What your day will look like?
- Covering a HR generalist role coordinating the employee lifecycle from new starters to leavers.
- Giving feedback to senior management on your findings.
- Assisting with onboarding of new employees.
- Being first point of contact for the HR department, providing process guidance and general advice.
- Coordination of training programmes and workshops.
- End to end administration of the employee engagement initiative and activities, analysing data and develop relationships.
- Plus many more HR duties required for the role.
**Salary**: £30,000
Hours: 9am - 530pm Monday - Friday (on site due to the nature of the business)
Benefits: Onsite subsided canteen, various employee wellbeing initiatives, potential bonus scheme.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
