We seek a skilled and experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team on a six-month contract. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in our company's success by providing comprehensive support to our Talent Acquisition Manager.

We are approachable points of contact and know how to get the best from people, and during the event season we play a special role in being responsible for operational welfare support to the wider teams.
**JOB PURPOSE**
Provide comprehensive recruitment administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide comprehensive recruitment administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Efficiently manage incoming recruitment enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to all enquiries.
- Maintain contact with external recruitment agencies.
- Actively participate in casual recruitment evenings, university career fairs, and educational events.
- Seamlessly coordinate interviews and assessments, managing all supporting administrative tasks with precision.
- Prepare interview materials and reports.

- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Proficient with MS Office and HR software (HR software, desirable).
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Highly organised, strong attention to detail and able to work to deadlines.
- Professional presentation reflecting the Silverstone values
- Exhibit a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and some evenings, to accommodate the demands of the recruitment process.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
