**Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities**

As the Recruitment Coordinator some of your duties will include:

- Planning and confirming staffing needs across relevant teams in advance
- Support the HR team with events
- Liaise with staffing agencies where necessary and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct and participate in Recruitment events
- Contribute to ideas on process streamlining
- Report necessary financial data to the payroll team

**Recruitment Coordinator Experience**

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Previous professional experience within a commercial environment, ie Hospitality, Events or Venue staffing management
- Ability to problem solve, be a team player and have an excellent eye for detail
- Full UK driver’s license
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Proficient IT skills and articulate in oral/written communication

Based in Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12, there are excellent facilities and parking available onsite.
