As the Service Dispatcher you will be responsible for the coordination, organisation and monitoring of service activities. Focusing on the whole cycle of maintenance deployment in line with customer satisfaction and SLA.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Planning, dispatching and managing service engineers including providing documents required for the service
- Liasing between customers and the service team
- Supporting technical investigations and completing technical preparation
- Evaluating and processing CMMS reports, triggering further action if needed
- Monitoring compliance with quality management, risk assessments, occupational safety regulations and technical requirements
- Commissioning of services for external subcontractors with corresponding invoice verification
- Billing chargeable services

**Requirements**: As the service dispatcher you will need:

- Technical background knowledge of automation or engineering
- Understanding of maintenance processes
- Advanced skills with MS Office, Salesforce and planning tools
- Basic commercial awareness and business knowledge
- Advanced Polish speaking is desirable
