In this role you will be taking responsibility for welcoming our guests in a friendly and helpful manner. You will be required to check in and out our guests, ensuring that all requirements are met during their stay. You will be a main point of contact for them should they have any queries, answering the telephone and providing assistance.

We are looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure. Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is beneficial, particularly experience with OnQ PMS. Smart appearance and excellent social skills are essential.
