Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Sheffield, S3
Hours: Full-time hours between 8:30am - 7pm Monday to Friday / Saturday 9am to 1pm

**Salary**: £21,000 w/ OTE's £26,000 - £39,000+

A long standing client, who has now expanded nationwide is looking to hire Customer Service agents to work on their telephone recoveries WORKING FROM HOME & OFFICE. This is an opportunity to work with customers to help them get back on track with their finances, and be able to work from home parts of the week.

Day to Day Duties:

- Outbound and inbound calls to customers who may be struggling with repayments
- Offering help and guidance to customers struggling with specific debt
- Working with a sensitive and professional manner
- Recording accurate records of customer conversations into the customer database
- Following processes and guidelines regarding debt collection
- Hitting personal and team targets

To be successful in the role you will need to:

- Previous experience within a telephone-based role
- You will have a positive and polite telephone manner
- Previous experience within collections/debt environment (Preferable)
- Strong communication and negotiating skill
- Be happy to have a DBS and credit check before offer of employment

**Benefits**:

- £21,000 base salary with OTE's £26,000 - £39,000+

- The position could involve you starting at 8.30am and sometimes working later shifts which means you will be finishing at 7pm. Initial training will be one morning in the offices in Sheffield. From then on it is a Home/Office split._
