We are looking for a highly efficient and experienced Administrator / Secretary to join the team and be responsible for providing administration support to a busy office of Surveyors.

**THE ROLE**:
**Providing support to a team of Surveyors, duties will include but are not limited to: -**
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Assisting with the daily management of new and existing jobs using Microsoft Suite and in-house software packages
- Preparation of documents using audio typing, preparing correspondence from handwritten notes, including reports, notes, invoices, minutes of meetings etc as requested
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Preparing estimates, quotes and documentation as requested
- Plan and organise meetings, minute taking and production of minutes
- Ordering Stationery and maintaining office supplies
- Daily administration duties to support the requirements of the office including photocopying, scanning etc

**TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE**:
**Essential attributes: -**
- Business Administration Qualification - or equivalent experience (min 3 years in a post of similar nature)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite incl Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Have the ability and drive to learn AG in-house systems
- Experience of working in a fast moving and deadline driven office environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
