**About the Role**:
As an Office Administrator with our client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams within the organization.

**Office Management**:Maintain a well-organized and tidy office space, ensuring supplies are stocked, and equipment is functioning.

**Scheduling**:Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

**Data Entry**:Accurately input and manage data in various systems.

**Document Management**:Organize and maintain files and documents.

**Travel Coordination**:Assist in making travel arrangements for team members as needed.

**Key Qualifications**:
**Organizational Skills**:Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

**Communication**:Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Tech Savvy**:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
