Administration Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure day-to-day operactions of the company's office facilities.
- Carry out office administrative tasks, to include filing of reports and documents, photocopying and ensuring our digital care record system is up-to-date.
- Answer phones politely and efficiently.
- Enter data into the computer and online care record system accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and documents shared with you.
- Work in a friendly environment.
- Participate in Quality Management Review and team meetings, to take minutes of such meetings and to prepare typed minutes for signature and distribution.
- Organise office equipment, supplies, and documents.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
