Key Job Functions:

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and external partners.
  • Oversee confidential office filing systems and databases to guarantee data accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a senior administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
