Role Description

This Executive Assistant role requires a high level of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the CEO and C-level team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary management and scheduling
  • Travel arrangement and coordination
  • Meeting organisation and preparation
  • Communication management and correspondence
  • Task completion and project management
  • Interface management between teams
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years' experience supporting senior executives and/or C-level staff
  • At least 5 years' experience in a busy administration role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and superb organisational and time-management abilities
  • Strong writing and editing skills, excellent MS Office and technology tool proficiency, and a reliable nature
Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week spent in the office. Flexibility is key, and you must be able to commute to Bedford when required.
