Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and develop expertise in complex care.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. You will be required to travel to various locations within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota.

Salary: £22 per hour, plus mileage

This position offers a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with clients and their families.
