Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Specialist to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a Rapid Response Care Assistant, you will be working with individuals who require complex care, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their homes and communities
- Working on an on-call rota, traveling to various locations within a 100-mile radius
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
