Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more.

We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.

As a Care Professional at City and County Healthcare Group, you'll be making your clients' days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge. Every day will be different. And you'll never know what challenges you're about to face next.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with spinal injuries, bowel management & catheter care would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Total Community Care offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
