Senior Adult Palliative Care Professional

Keech Hospice Care is seeking a Senior Adult Palliative Care Professional to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and dedication.

As a Senior Adult Palliative Care Professional, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching staff to provide high-quality palliative and end-of-life care, including pre-bereavement support. You will also have a key role in planning discharges from the hospice, ensuring a smooth transition of patient and family care and support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in palliative care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team. They will also have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and national strategy, as well as the ability to recognize palliative medical emergencies and respond appropriately.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 30 days annual leave, free onsite parking, and a health cash plan.
