We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Leader to join our team at Little Bramingham Farm. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents. You will also lead the team in providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents with dementia.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents">
  • Leading the care team to deliver person-centered care">
  • Maintaining accurate records and following procedures for medication administration">
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery">
  • Participating in staff training and development to enhance skills and knowledge">
