Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our team in supporting adults with autism. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.
About the Role:
- We provide support and care to individuals with complex needs, including those with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
- Our teams work together to provide tailored support that promotes empowerment, independence, and well-being.
- As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients at all times.
- You will also be required to adhere to care plans and guidelines provided by our clinical teams.
Requirements:
- You will have experience of working with vulnerable adults, ideally in a healthcare or social care setting.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and families.
- You will be able to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with clients.
- You will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £28,000, plus a range of benefits, including access to Westfield Rewards, Westfield Health Cash Plan, and blue light discount scheme.
