Responsibilities:

- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Call customers to make appointments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide general support to field team members.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- manage a small fleet of vans.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional customer service skills
- Full UK drivers licence required.
