We work with some of the biggest names in construction, rail and civil engineering to secure their flagship projects from start to finish.

Due to our continued expansion, 4 exciting opportunities have come up for experienced CCTV Supervisors with sentinel experience to work in our office at Kelburn Business Park, Port Glasgow.

You will operate and monitor the company CCTV systems as part of Safer Group’s commitment to customer and public safety whilst performing all system and or other checks as required to help detect and deter crime and anti-social behaviour, escalating any issues to the Head of Security.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- False Alarm Management - Introduce and provide FAM on a weekly basis
- Test & Accept - Mange all new connections (existing process) and report on a weekly basis
- Reference Images - Ensure all cameras regardless of technology have reference images for day and night
- Provide sign off (QA) for all new installations once the 7 day test has expired
- Ensure the data base remains up to date and clean
- Test DR on a monthly basis
- Operator MI - Maintain and report on a monthly basis each operators performance
- Alarm Handling Time
- Reporting - Maintain reporting to clients and ensure that all incident are reported correctly in a timely manner
- Unwanted Alarms - High Volume Activations by site staff must be reported and escalated to the customer and account manager
- Ensure engineers are using the mobile App to place system on/off test
- Outstanding non-restorals - provide ageing data on faults that haven’t been restored
- Engineers must clear all faults whilst on site, so we must be the gate keeper in ensuring compliance to this requirement
- Understand Camect and be able to adjust the analytics to remove false alarms
- Large Customer Group Reporting - Provide a set of MI that our accounts team can use to discuss our performance on a monthly basis with our customers

**Key Skills and Experience Required**
- Significant and demonstrable experience in the operation of CCTV surveillance systems including Sentinel and Ajax
- Customer Care/ call handling
- Good understanding of Data Protection
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good communication skills
- Good concentration skills and ability to notice and record detail
- Supervisory Experience
- Working in a security and or similar environment
- Experience in working in a busy, operationally focused workplace

**Essential**
- SIA Guard Licence
- Sentinel Experience
- Available documentation to complete Security Screening to the relevant BS7858 Standard (Valid Passport and/Or Birth Certificate, Bank Statement/Utility Bill dated within 3 months and Drivers Licence)
